Shipping Policy

Where We Ship DoorWear™ ships within the United States only.

Processing and Delivery Time All DoorWear™ products are made to order. Most orders arrive within 5 to 11 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to follow your shipment directly on the carrier website.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, first check your shipping confirmation email for any address errors and check with your local post office. If the issue remains unresolved, email orders@doorwear.com with your order number and we will make it right.
