Refund Policy
Made to Order Every DoorWear™ product is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing preferences or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective due to a production error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will make it right immediately.
What Is Not Covered Damage that occurs after delivery or through normal wear and use is not eligible for replacement or refund. We are also unable to offer refunds or replacements due to incorrect size selection, so please review each product size chart carefully before ordering.
Cancellations All DoorWear™ items begin production immediately after an order is placed. Cancellations are not accepted.
