What is DoorWear™? DoorWear™ is a Door County inspired apparel and accessories brand rooted in the real moments, quiet beauty, and insider spirit of the peninsula. Every design is made for the people who carry Door County with them wherever they go next.
Who is DoorWear™ for? Everyone. Lifelong locals, seasonal visitors, first-time explorers, gift buyers, and anyone who already feels Door County calling. If the peninsula means something to you, DoorWear™ is for you.
Where are DoorWear™ products made? All DoorWear™ products are printed and fulfilled in the USA through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Products are made to order, one at a time, just for you.
What does "made to order" mean? It means your item is printed specifically for you after you place your order. We do not hold pre-made inventory. This keeps every product fresh, reduces waste, and ensures consistent quality on every order.
How long does shipping take? Most DoorWear™ orders arrive within 5 to 11 business days from the date of purchase. All products are made to order and ship from U.S. production facilities with tracking included.
Do you ship internationally? At this time, DoorWear™ ships within the United States only.
What sizes are available? Sizes vary by product and are listed on each individual product page. If you have a question about a specific item, feel free to reach out through our Contact page.
How do I choose the right size? Each DoorWear™ product page includes a detailed size chart with exact measurements. For the best fit, measure a shirt or hoodie you already own and compare those measurements to the size chart. Because brand sizing varies, using measurements rather than size labels gives you the most accurate result.
What printing method is used? DoorWear™ uses direct-to-garment printing (DTG) for apparel and dye sublimation for mugs. Both methods produce vibrant, long-lasting results when cared for properly.
How do I care for my DoorWear™ apparel? Turn garments inside out before washing. Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on the printed design.
How do I care for my DoorWear™ mug? DoorWear™ mugs are dishwasher safe on the top rack. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the print over time. Do not microwave enamel mugs.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use that number to follow your package directly on the carrier website. For any tracking questions, email orders@doorwear.com with your order number.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? We stand behind every DoorWear™ product. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email returns@doorwear.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Do you accept returns or exchanges? Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference changes. However, we will always resolve any issue involving damage, defects, or errors. Please visit our Refund Policy page for complete details.
Do you accept cancellations? Cancellations are not accepted. All DoorWear™ items begin production immediately after an order is placed.
